No.... according to the house-rule, if game-master put the deadline for the game then we must follow...
However when there is idle like the above situation, the game-master must post hints or anything by 12-hours so the game would be in flow... or else it would be idle or someone just guessed it right...

the person who post the picture should comes in frequently to check on the answers and continue give hints....
