The location will not be suitable for shops to do business .... for staying, ok.If you are staying there now, you notice that other shops along Mr Roti Canai can never operate long eventhough with main road frontage. The crowd at Mr Roti Canai now compared to earlier days is also down.
The shops that will operate there will only cater to PR residents. Outsiders will not drive there to buy things unless is an exceptional business. In addition, must visitors register with the security to access the shops?
In general, not many shops can survive in Putra Heights. Many came and gone.
A nice place to live ... I would say for now.
