PR is still considered a good buy. Next launch by SD in Putra Heights expected in April for the Brooke Condo will be priced >900k for the 1200++ sq ft units. 1st block (not sure north or south) will be just 72 units of 9 storey low density in glades.

The sizes are big 1200 to 1400sqft. SD has revised the initial plan for a highrise to a lower building plan, but increased the sizes offerings.

marvelane is more like a boutique development. it has all semi d, bungalow, townhouse, condos as well as comercials, but on a smaller scale but premium price due to its locale and lake and A+ GBI concept.

PR construction is now above ground i.e. 2/3 floors. SDP now clearing the Brookes' condo area... maybe coming soon

On another note, anyone cosidering Olivina in Alam Impian by NazaTTDI (this will be closer to KU). Concept wise, quite good as some units have own private garden, lowrise and highrise block etc..

Overall, there are 3 blocks, low rise is L shape and high rise is I shape, all 3 blocks arrange in a triangle form.
Don't quite like it as the SA cannot tell me what they are going to put in the center.
