Hurray, gonna dump 400+ forgotten souls tonight, hopefully can get few billions

the initial idea behind unique mats was to make legendary craftable more harder to get, thus less common unless that person goes about farming the mats.

But on the negative side, you had these mats taking up space.... although you could argue you can just dump these from your stash.

so now stuff like say helm of rule will be more common .... since all you need is the plan (not too hard after farming enough), and basic mats, not hard to get.
As for the monk changes, they buffed 2 sets. I got raiment of lightning (missing some pieces) but i didn't really figure out a build for it yet :/
