QUOTE(miuk @ Jul 8 2014, 03:21 AM) You guys sure or not it works? Msia long time move away from radar already, using laser. Malaysia laser device should no more than 10 in pan-island according to PDRM.Laser detectors only works if theres someone else nearby that breaks the beam and your detector picks up the laser scatter if nearby enough. Even in US, radar detectors are becoming obsolete since most jurisdictions are changing to laser Mostly still using Ku/Ka band radar as laser need to operate by officer and Ku/Ka just placed at there. QUOTE(shelby_yong @ Jul 8 2014, 12:03 AM) Taiwan selling around Rm 1K - 2K, but be noticed that, it make your car stealth, PDRM might hunt you down as they can't track your speed. It was a laser shield and radar detector. |

QUOTE(ykho21 @ Jul 8 2014, 07:41 PM) I am using both radar detector (Escort Passport Max) and laser jammer (Blinder). Both working find. Brought it from US. The radar detector can detect signal 1 km away and sometime around 500m away from police radar. Depend on road. Too curve road will gv shorter range. The problem is, u need to switch it off at town due to false signal from shop automatic door. Most of the signal detected is radar along the NSE. Very few encounter laser type of speed trap as my laser jammer only encounter few detection and jamming only after 6 month. High investment for the speedster like me. Btw all installed on my myvi Post to Malaysia or friend bring it back or yourself buy it? |

QUOTE(Quazacolt @ Jul 15 2014, 11:56 PM) original stock is akebono brake pad. Bosch for Inspira should be very cheap if compare to Akebono.brake dust is much lower compared to most stock brake pads especially the conti car ones. it easily withstand over 350 Celsius of temperature doing genting touge up/down hill/karak etc all no problem, never had any braking complications/brake fade ever till now. noise level is on the iffy side on cold, however once the morning glaze/rust rubs off, or once it heats up a bit, braking noise is very minimal. the pricing is VERY understandable you try confirm again if it's Bosch, or Akebono. or maybe your SC is just clueless as hell. Some of the SC bring in other than original and sell at original price |

Just services my car today
I bring my own power steering oil to there and SC didn't allow me to use the oil because my oil didn't meet the high standard requirement by Proton But when I chat with the staff who services my car and he ask why I don't want change the power steering oil , I tell him the story services adviser tell me, and he said “your oil is higher grad than us, we only use ATF oil” and process to change the oil I also ask him about the under tray cover, he said in his view this help to prevent dirt and water to split up to engine which consider somewhere got use.
