Noticed, maybe everyone know "Turbo" and don't care about "CFE"

Using AVH-X4650. Yea. paired with stock HU panel. The steering control buttons works perfectly. U can even define which button do what on yourself. No need add additional module for steering control
*

Honda oil:

5W40 :
Suitable for high speed and high rpm usage. It is useful in severe conditions from low temperature to extreme hot temperature range. Especially superior in high temperature stability. Highly recommended for Honda Civic Type-R model.

0W20:
Suitable for gentle, everyday driving. Highly recommended for light-footed drivers and all models except Civic Type-R and Accord V6.

That means including City, Civic, Accord(non-V6) all can...

I heard Honda oil is actually Eneos Oil....looks like trend is changing....i think i will try xW30 next on my Inspira...see got FC improvement or not, since manual state can use both xw30 and xw40.

BTW, the ratings only SM...not the latest SN yet (from the photo)
*
They said SL is enough icon_idea.gif
Feedback from my friend on Civic 2.0, the 20w is bad and 40w is better on Honda oil.

But I think the quality is most important smile.gif

Go back to engine oil.. Now Tesco got offer.

Castrol Edge 4L 5w-40 - RM139

Shell Helix Ultra 4L 5w-40 - RM139

Tried Castrol. Slightly better than Shell. The engine idling more quiet.

Label a bit different hmm.gif
*
New label (Made from gas)should be better than old one.
I use oil paper to test the quality, Shell Helix Ultra worn out very fast compare to Pennzoil.
Helix worn out start from 6K and Pennzoil haven't worn out at 10K

what kinda oil paper test anyways?
*
Cheapo paper from China rclxub.gif
Just drop the oil to the filter and compare it with the chart.

If got dust / rust it will appear at center of test paper, and it will grow dark.
If oil still OK then the colour should be ok and the smell / thinness also can monitoring those this way.

When 1K, Pennzoil and Shell colour same. When 3K Shell start to grow dark. When 6K, Shell darkness and smelly, Pennzoil same as 3K Shell. When 10K, Shell give a look need to change and Pennzoil still as 3K, no so smelly.

Your lab test too expensive for me tongue.gif
