Game is good, you kinda never wanna stop playing tbh.
I was reluctant as well and keep doing other stuff.
Found some kewl news stuff, where you can...spoiler alert.... build a town from scratch which is pretty cool.
After doing all the interesting quest that was available out there via guides.. i just went straight facing Ganon.

I really love the ending, I kinda felt bad for not finishing it faster and just delaying it.
But after I finished the last main quest, I find myself still playing and doing the other quest after.

I can't wait for the expansion. Definitely a must buy for me. The 2nd phase has a story in it, so I can't wait for what they had in store tbh.

All memories done. Including the 4 additional memories of the Champions and the 13th memory given by Impa.

Nice to be home, in your own house, with Champion weapons on display. tongue.gif

All the extra outfit sets I've gotten so far, minus the Champion Link.

Time to end this.

Ancient Armor Level 4. Not gonna repeat that upgrade again, the Great Fairy, she grabbed me and dragged me underwater while she has her way with me upgrading to Level 4. Essentially non-consensual act of rape. tongue.gif

EDIT: 45 minutes later....

Aaaaannnnnnnnnnd..........DONE!

And the extended ending after the credit roll, if you get all the memories.

Playtime more than 105 hours, apparently the game doesn't record hours played beyond 105 hours. Gonna load that starred save to do what little else left in the game: maybe I'll farm the dragonscales and upgrade the Outfit of The Wild Armor set.

It's infinitely easier to infiltrate Hyrule Castle if you've unlocked that shrine at the docks. In fact, I don't really think the Ancient Armor is necessary at all, since that shrine location bypasses lots of the Skywatchers, Stalkers and stationary Turrets. And then there's the little trick with the waterfall, and voila! You're there at the Sanctum.

What blew my mind is that this whole sprawling epic adventure is portable, you can bring this anywhere and let others witness this spectacular game anywhere with you.

Purchasing the DLC expansion pass now. *clicks Amazon.com*

Update 1.1.1 is up for this game on Switch. Anecdotal report says less frame drops, but I'm still getting those in places like Korok Forest.

I'm getting a couple of NTAGs in the form of cards and keychains for myself, as well as Action Replay Powertag for my Powersaves. The Powertag is rewritable, the NTAGs aren't.

I'm going on principle: I'll slit my throat first before I spend any money on Nintendo's hideous practice of locking items behind Amiibo purchases.

What if they lock VC games behind Online subscriptions?
NoA:
VC games exclusive to Nintendo Online subscribers.
If not mistaken, there were GBA games exclusive to ambassadors (early adopter). Nintendo will not be shy to try that again.

Easy. Emulators. Only purists care about scanlines and that fuzzy video output of old Nintendo consoles.

I hope emulators support Joycons. Really love playing with the Joycons.

Back on the thread topic:
Probably will buy the fake Amiibos too for the sake of getting everything in the game.

If you know where to look, our neighbors down south have enterprising sellers who are selling these Amiibos in NTAG215 cards preprogrammed.

Did a perfect parry on the guardian on my first try!

It was awesome, parried the moment the light came out.

That's the easiest Guardian to fight. The stalker type will give no room to parry for beginners. Just run when you see one.
