honestly, with Note 3... i didn't think it was impressive enough for me to jump ship. so i stayed with my trusty note 2.

with this coming Note 4... i think its still the same. nothing impressive that will make me really crazy about it. and worse... i fear its going to have even more bloatware... KNOX, Hubs, health apps (that i don't need), UV sensor (which I don't want)... the only thing is... the PEN... which i already have on my Note 2.

Samsung seems to be forgetting the fact that the s-pen makes the Note truly unique. however, they don't seem to be capitalizing on this fact. hardly anything refreshing on the pen.

and i just wish... Samsung would spend their marketing money porting over this game called OKAMI. seriously... its really good and can do with the pen. OKAMI on the Wii was a superb experience which i feel can be replicated on our Note.

N2 still suffice for normal usage as in call, text, surfing, light documents editing on the go. I came from S3 and I've stuck with N2 for more than 18 months now, still I don't see needs of changing (beside dual sim & LTE) function.

Samsung should focus on usability on their note series instead of highlight those crap function / sensors IMO.

Better sell Note 2 now while it still capable value at around rm500.

Only can sell rm500? Mine just sold it at rm750 last month..

I will stick to my note3 & 2 and wait out for China devices. Xiaomi seems pretty decent abet the current initial glitches. 

What is your condition of your sold Note 2? mind share?

True. Our Note 2 isn't that dated yet. Mine is an LTE set, therefore it is still keeping up to modern standards.

ya, if anything, i guess i miss the LTE function. but not that it matters a lot to me.

that's why i don't really think note 4 will bring any nice surprise for me. what i've read so far, its more sensor spams. nothing really new in terms of software/ applications for the s-pen, which i think is such a waste.

Actually if you think about it, the Note series was meant to be sort of a paper notepad replacement, with some enhancements like crop, scribble/annotate and sign.

In that respect, there isn't much you can expand with that metaphor. The revolution is probably Jarvis from Iron Man. One day we will get there. Google Glass already gives some of those functions.

take s-planner WIDGET... i can't hover my s-pen over it to view detailed info. i can do that with the email widget.

Samsung can surely do with some refinements in this area. they need to know that the next battle will be fought on the software battle-field, not hardware.

lucky i read the comments and decided not to update the S-Note...

also i've turn off ChatOn but Samsung Apps keep prompting me to update which i always ignore... 

i also disable a lot but they only keep prompting me ChatOn only...i dunno why?

Kinda feel that S-Note way too heavy although it comes with comprehend function such as sketch, draw and so IMO apple's build in note are the best (personal preference).

Perhaps more enhance & refine the S-pen function. But anyways, don't think there will be anymore new stuffs for N2 since Kit Katt will be probably be the last.
