% based only applied on the base stat but if you evolve him to 4* or 5*, i think the atk% will benefit much much more and as siaopoi mentioned, only rune no 2, 4 and 6 can get % based

Finally pulled a 4*

Also I have a water fairy, water bearman, water magical archer and a water cat brawler thingy (all 3*) which should i evolve first

got 4* very good already regardless of what isit.
Anyway depends on what is your current team, usually i will evolve Attack based monsters first so that i can farm runes faster,

got time to do a 2* monsters worth for lvling guide ?

till now only koe a few like the wind bear, wind imp, fire hellhound, not sure abt the rest

will be doing that next but because there's too many data and monsters, might take awhile

there is only a handful of 2* which worth leveling. Aside from the one you list, Howl(especially water & light), dark fairy and Fire Harpu/Harpy(forgot its name) are some of the notable one. For some reason, chinese site also mentioned water viking and I don't know why lol

actually you all prefer overall grading of the monsters, or "Team Spotlight instead"

I kinda read wrongly the monster u guys mention. Is it werewolf Good or wolf? Just obtained a water wolf (inugami, some things like that)
