Is a 4* Wind Undine decent?
Finally pulled a 4* Also I have a water fairy, water bearman, water magical archer and a water cat brawler thingy (all 3*) which should i evolve first |

Oh damn. Now I have to level the wind war bear.

Is garuda decent? I got all 3 elements of Garuda. Should I feed them all to my light Garuda? Haha
