That's cause everyone has different priorities when it comes to their cars? 

Below RM100,000, I'd probably only consider mostly Proton cars, but that's because I'm more biased towards a car's handling. I wouldn't want something that seems/is stable on a straight line but sucks when it comes to cornering. Plenty of examples on the road, you know?    Lets be honest, Lotus R&H may seem like a marketing gimmick to some, but it DOES work. Their cars may not be known for quality but I don't think you can deny that the cars drive pretty well compared to many others under the aforementioned price range.

If I really want to bother about interior quality and stuff, I'd look at the cars over the range of 140,000, and not at some cars that are better in relative comparison at the range of 100,000 and below, but are still just "in between" for interior quality and stuff, aka nothing much to shout about.

Wax only? No polish? Dunno about price since not sure about the workmanship.
Polish just level out the clear coat nia.

2. depends on how the ppl polish but many car wash ppl oso BS.. if they talk honest, then how they cari makan..

car wash very subjective one and its depends on your own preference..
RM80 is quite ok for wax and the wax is the wax paste and not those water right?
normally for wax is around rm100-150 or higher..
they got 1 car wash at bukit bintang ma..
but i duno where la..

haha, tht shop  pandai buat business wan... their wash car stuff not good wan.. so after wash got those mark (which can use hand press harder to clean only) thn ask to wax or polish liao.... thn after polish will said put nano caoting last longer give u cheap cheap price since u already do polish...

If only alignment lari, then very expensive. You sure nothing else was fixed?

Electronic buzzing sound? Lol. I thought this noise has already been rectified 2-3 years ago after I complained to Proton and shared it here. If it is buzzing sound, you need to get your ECU reflashed. Try to listen closely near the ECU to the right of the steering rack. If it is coming from there, it should be the ECU..
