Yes I understand this, the problem for some SC is they dont even bother to promise to order the spare part despite obviously noticing the problem... Keep saying its normal no need service. I wonder the gaji/allowance to do warranty claim/service is too small izzit lol. Anyway ya as u said the best solution is to continue to look for better SC..

authorised SC is a standalone SC that given the right. they managed their own business. claim warranty doesn't bring income to they. another extra work. In my opinion, theoretically they order parts from proton for their own customer, and service the customer, means like an agent ma... Some % of commission would be reasonable to give them~ They got add value de leh.

Btw i am working in a trading company thats why think like that...

we are talking about claim warranty meh. customer won't be paying. u order parts, then pasang free. settle. itu technicial department. lain la kalau sales department.

Sorry if i use wrong terms, but gaji/allowance/commision all is a form of income ma... now our main point is whether they got get any income from warranty claim or not...

Yes customer wont be paying, but Proton is supplier, or can be said as "boss" of SC. Look it this way, customer order parts through distributor, then they are distributor's customer. They deserved to get commission.

Service dept dont deal with money, but service is still need to be charged, either bear by customer or supplier. In this case not customer ma, so should b supplier...

How nice if there are pipu who worked in SC before come comment on this tered thumbup.gif
