Mod is doing the right thing to close his thread as now he fail to refund..If still allow him to do his business, so called to earn money in order to refund.. But it is risky for other forumers to order from ther bulk anymore, at least for the time-being..
Fyroo said has no money to refund in anyway now..Im just giving a suggestion here..We cant wait till he save enough money to pay back now.. Too risky in this way... fyroo, please say smth... being quiet makes all your buyers (me included) nervous. please drop a few words everyday so that we know that u are still around. regarding my RM870, u can pay by installment using the following formula:
RM300(Aug)+RM300(Sept)+RM270(Oct)+RM0(interest) = RM870 OK? |

Dear all,
Im sorry for not replying for past two days. I have connection problem in house. Okay... it seems like everybody do their talking here. So let me to respond. Assalamualaikum to muslim and good evening to all, I started my businees for since last month here at lowyat.net. My business started very slow but rapidly increasing. it so much fortunate for me to do business in lowyat.net. All the forumer very positive and friendly. But business not always good like i want, my customer reported my selling goods are fake. Some the buyer willing to accept it and some claim for refund. But my mistake not to update my first post saying that my item is fake. Because of that, i have some misunderstanding with buyer. To avoid fake item happening again in my ATH-CK5 bulk, i stated clearly in my post that if my item is fake, they can claim for refund. When item arrive it is clear the item is fake, so i announce it at my bulk and asking for all buyer bank account for refund. The fake ATH-CK5 still with me now. I know that doing businees, i should bare the losses. The losses are around RM2++ excluding shippping from China. Everybody get their refund except Hikaru who didnt respond for the refund bank account till the thread close. Okay, forget about Hikaru, if you read all of this thread, u will know what really going on between me and Hikaru. Now, im explaining my situation of my PSP Bulk which im conned from supplier. Im not going to tell much what going on which too complicated to type here. If u want to know more details maybe u can ask kingway. He know what im doing when i know get conned from the supplier. In my PSP bulk i received 7 units PSP ordered. As i read thru this thread, some forumer saying that im should able to do refund base on my PSP profit. To tell u truth, how much profit i got for each psp. 1 unit PSP i take only RM8 profit (without calculating the shipping cost from my suppiler). 8 x 7 = RM56. So that only my refund to my customer if you all talking about refunding base on my profit. I already did refund to deanwong and caerullin currently. This both of them im using my gf money and my scholarship money to do the refund. I do my best to refund u all, please just give me some time.As a student, i have nothing except my bulk for my side income to refund all the customer. Now all my thread close, nothing i can do about it. Since this PSP BULK problem, it is only 1 month since i do the refund. It is not 3 month or 4 month that i didnt do any refund. Just give me some time. If im fully working now, I also not able to do refund RM4+++ in just on month. Please just be considerable. Im not running away with all of your money, I also do even have money for myself now. i admit fyroo is the honest seller , not only in this forum, but also in real live. anyway, wat happened already happened, and from this situation, we know that he definately can not come out with that big amount of money, so i think we better give him more time to collect the money for refund, and in future , i also hope to see him appear in this forum... honestly n sincerely

Are u all satisfied with the current solution he offered?
If you're not, then start gathering as much personal info on him as u can If it really comes to it, the only thing u can do is to file a police report with that info If you're satisfied then u already know what to do (of course) |
