I am having problems getting back a refund from fyroo.
I originally paid him RM100 for 2 pairs of ATH-CK5 earphones, and the bulk failed because he received fake items. He promised to refund everybody. The topic in question: http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopic=294755&hl=
It's been one month, and I've yet to receive my refund of RM100.00.

In a PM regarding this, replied by fyroo on Aug 1 2006, 09:25 PM,

have you PM him? make sure he knows the existence of this thread.

like all court-cases, the accused will be given a chance to speak.

and btw, i would that the rest don't post anything until the accused has spoken.

please also don't post stupid things like "aiyoh another con case ah?" / "wah like that also can." or similar un-constructive post.

I've PM'ed him regarding this topic. Hopefully he can respond soon.

However, if he doesn't respond within a reasonable amount of time, I would like to ask for his bulk topics to be suspended to prevent further damage. Already RM970 is involved here.

RM45 is really cheap.... compared to other bulk it cost RM75.00. Do you have his phone number or something? He closed his thread after he refund to few person

well... I ordered 3 items from fyroo and made my payment totalling RM1000 on 22 June 2006. I have received the Logitech Stealth and Logitech Pocket 1 week after i made my payment. But to my dismay, the 2 items are imitations. But to save trouble, i didnt feedback to fyroo. But the PSP(RM870) which i ordered from fyroo never came. Fyroo told me that he has made payments to his supplier but the supplier conned him. so what he's doing now is trying to do more bulk to collect money to repay me the money. sigh... i keep asking him when can he return me the money, and the reply he gave was always the same "still collecting money". It's been almost one and a half months already and still i have yet to receive my refund.

Now this is a big problem...
There's actually yet another person who he owes almost RM1000 to, asked him to open a thread here but he hasn't done so

Lets give him a day or 2 to reply here, before we start doing something about his other sales

Btw, u guys should report this a little earlier next time
It'll help fasten the progress and help warn others about it too

Imitations is very serious problem, not the money problem but you paid for something that you expect for like Logitech original but it comes with something like similar to Logitech? That's not what we expect.

Hope that the moderator will do something if he dont reply after 2 days

What we see here are:

1. No contact from him regarding about the refund.
2. Selling Imitations / pirated Logitech without stated in his post
3. Got conned from supplier so that he need to do bulk before can refund back to his customer. Perhaps an installment will looks better than delaying the payment to build your honest to customer.

So far total conned if he dont reply here after 2 days :

RM870 + RM100 + 2 Logitech Imitations

muiche: I think it would be good that you post the picture about the logitech imitations product here.

Best thing we can do is ban his sales if a buyer reports to us that he received fake items
Before someone actually buys it, as usual the seller would say its OEM, replica, and other stuff so there's no way we can confirm it without seeing the actual item

But lets keep the replica discussion for a different thread, this is for the real cash being kept by him

Im sory if im being rude here. I want to do great business but everybody trying to attack to me. I dont know why.

Firstly Hikaru, I know im late making his payment. Maybe u all can check my thread on ATH-CK5, i post everyday who didnt get their refund yet. But hikaru still didnt reply til,1 august 06, I made his refund on 8 august. Im sorry of the late payment because im busy studying in new semester. That not the matter, i already paid him on 8 august but why he want to complain to me at 9 august? i would like to speak with him in phone. seriously!

About the PSP. Who r u telling me that im conned people? I yang kene conned here
I get conned for 7 PSP that the supplier still didnt answer my email.

I didnt some of the refund of my customer. deanwong RM1+++ and caerulln RM400. All other customer still in progress. Im not rich people. Not working also. Im still collecting money for u all. I didnt have any profit at all doing business now. because my profit im collecting to return all the money for my PSP bulk. I do refund little by little. hope u can be patient. im not running away.

About the imatations stuff, firstly i dont even know the logitech is fake or not. after some froumer telling me it is fake. i stated it is fake, but then some mod saying that i cant sell fake item. so i close the products. but why me?

i saw alot of other forumer selling fake stuff also but they still freely selling it. What wrong with me? if just newbie? thats y im asking questions here.

If u see someone selling fake item, just report them to mod.
Nobody can sell fake item here.
And if u advertised your item as original, then u send your buyer fake stuff but after sent only realised it's fake, u should re3fund your buyer. Your buyer should not take the consequenses because of your mistake.
Be a good seller, coz me plan to buy something from u, to help u and get myself a good bargain.

But not all customer are that good, someone blaiming me about the fake item. it is okay for me. So i ask him to return the item and he said he lost the left ear piece already and too bz to refund. and how im going to refund. if he dont ilke to fake stuff he didint use it and he didnt lost the left ear piece. now he blaming me. so how. i ask him to return it but he has many reason. what can i do.

im just want to do great business here. i get connec from the supplier really affect me. im thinking every nite how can i return my customer money. im very sad.now still thinking who is con me actually.

Maybank2u did not send me an email. You did not send me an email and did not reply to my PM. How should I know? I think it's your responsibility to follow up a PM or email after you've transferred. Am I supposed to check my account every single day in hoping you banked in to me?

Anyway, I confirm that there was indeed a fund transfer into my account according to the transaction history in Maybank2u. Thank you.

Stick to a policy - If they do not have the full set, no matter what they say, they do not deserve a refund. If they know that it's imitation and still want to take it, and then only complain, they've no right for a refund.

sorry, i understand your problem or hurt you. May you feel better for my apologise.

glad that hikaru got the money back and could you maybe have a discussion with those PSP problems if you can do installment to them. Might be good for you to build up your honest to do business in the future.
