transport cost - bringing raw materials to airport usually is kinda far compared to other areas.

wages - ppl who worked there will factor in their own transport costs into their asking wages

rental - airport rental is not cheap considering they have a good supply of people

naturally, all costs will be passed to consumers

can someone share klcc/pavilion rental how much per month, airport rent how much per month here or not?
