I subscribed to Time 100Mbps and they're installing it for me tomorrow. These few days got installer come to my condo to do the metal case trunking from the riser room to the outside of my unit. He told me I need to pay for that? I was believe it should be free of charge to me right?

Hi all, Installation done today and yes they didn't charge me anything. Fiber optic dbm about 15.6 something as shown by the installer. Results as per my siggy. Couple of results as per below (to USA lower though):   This post has been edited by tookenyip: Sep 24 2014, 10:34 PM

You're right. 100GB is nothing if you really go on a download spree. I just love the speed though.

My internet also same. 100mbps. Phone can use internet cannot. But i check router status pppoe and login status connected. I can still get a public IP

I do a ping test from Time website and I get 30+ Mbps download and 114Mbps upload. Something is wrong somewhere.
