Thinking to cancel my Astro IPTV subscription and subscribe to Time's 8Mbps package.
What router brand Time supplied?

I'm on 8mbps package but boosting to 50Mbps can't get my uTorrent to around 4-5MB/s.

Most is about 1.5MB/s. Could you check? KL Tower area.

After saw the speedtest, I test at my home and out of the blue moon, my boost speed can now achieve 50Mbps. Before this even with boost it is only around 20-30Mbps.
Something rectified perhaps?

So it is confirmed that during this promo period, torrent is throttled.
Can confirm this will back to normal after the promo period ends?
Afraid when back to normal, speed still throttled.
