When will Time remove the data quota on the 100mbps package?
For a family interested in higher speeds, the limit is a deal breaker.

QUOTE(jjj2 @ Feb 18 2015, 05:25 PM) Hi Bro, Still, I would happily pay for the speed with no throttling. In fact they have increased the throttled speed from 1Mbps to 10Mbps, once the 100GB quota is reached. Cheers Should come up with a price for a regular package like the 30 or 50 Mbps packages. Shame to have a limit only on the fastest speed available.... In this day and age 100 GB isn't very much at all... |

Time needs to introduce the higher bandwith packages to Astro IPTV.
And remove the quota for their 100mbps package |

Longtime Time Fibre user via Astro IPTV.
Just FYI it looks like they've started some stealth throttling...Uploaded.net being one of the sites. For the past month or so speeds have been at 300-500kb/sec from Uploaded, throw on my VPN and voila full 30Mbps |

Any news on when Time is going to come up with a legitimate non-quota 100Mbps package?
Or should I start to seriously consider the move to Maxis? |

QUOTE(yorae9 @ Feb 26 2016, 12:53 PM) No I didn't turn on my boost, so those speedtests were based on 30Mbps.Maybe something was wrong with routing , international network when you were testing your speed, since you seem to get decent results closer to Asia. |

Does the $500 easy switch rebate apply if I switched from AstroIPTV-Time to Time direct?

Very interested in what's going on here, if Time really upgraded their existing plans by a multiple of 10. It's truly amazing.
Astro needs to follow suit asap, or I'll be switching out. Heck I barely watch Astro anyway, time to go back to the central Antennae. lol |

QUOTE(youknowlah @ Mar 23 2016, 11:53 AM) Hi all, this is great news for TIME subscribers. I have been a longtime ASTRO IPTV /Time user as well. FYI I was pn contract when Time last dropped their prices and introduced new packages like the 50Mbps. It took Astro nearly a YEAR to reflect the new prices and packages. Trust me, I was on call with their support nearly every month. So don't hold your breath. I am going to cancel and go with Time direct this time, no point waiting.I'm currently on an Astro IPTV + TIME package (10mbps). Does any of the agents / TIME sifus here know if the broadband packages with Astro will be upgraded as well? Cheers. This post has been edited by pltan: Mar 23 2016, 12:14 PM |

QUOTE(sughizo @ Mar 23 2016, 02:27 PM) Yes and the worst thing is that i renewed my contract 1 year ago cause i was still paying RM299 for the 30 mbps package zzzz I was told 1200 to terminate by Astro. You?They better do something about it else everyone is just going to terminate the broadband services from astro |
