Hi, have anyone experienced "boost" speed problem?
First, when I tried to use the boost feature, I found that I was already active. But in fact, I hadn't choose from the menu on how many boosting hours I want to use. It looked like the boost menu was frozen.
1 day later, after reporting to Time Broadband customer service, the boost menu problem was fixed. So I chose 1 hour speed boosting for testing. The speed testing menu from Time Broadband showed that I am still under normal package speed which was 8Mbps.
So again I reported to Time Broadband and the problem still continued. Only just now I found out that the Boost menu is frozen again. Pls advise. Thanks!

Hi, I cannot surf the Internet now. My modem‘s los light is blicking red and there is no pos light. Time Customer Service said they will call tomorrow. Anyone experienced the same thing before? Thanks!

Hi, I am a existing Time Broadband customer. I am currently subscribed to the RM129 8Mbps package. I found out that for new customer, the cheapest package starts with 10Mbps speed. So how come I am not automatically upgraded to the 10 Mbps speed?
