Of lately, I noticed that the 50Mbps speed boost is not working after the self care portal was upgraded. Gave Customer Service a called and told them about the issue & was surprised TIME did not see my request for speed boost in their system though I did request for it..

Anyone else facing this issue? My house is at Pelangi Damansara, PJ.
