so need to change modem in order to fix right

xunlei is the best torrent client so far, if running on Unifi, i have been using it for so long, it outperform all other torrent client i tried.
but once using time fiber, it is not working anymore.
i tried utorrent, still same, very hard to get the download started, and for my 100mbps package the torrent download speed only 200kb/s like that.
my speedtest.net can hit 9x mbps no issue, so i believe is time blocking p2p.

bear in mind, the torrent i tested was chosen from the highest seed/leacher torrent from thepiratebay. once i switch back to my unifi, the torrent will hit max speed within seconds.
if yours p2p downloading is working fine, maybe you can share how you tweak it to work
