Hi there. I been using TIME for a good few months now. It is a great ISP. However, lately, I find myself with the problematic E1200 hanging a few times a day, especially starting a heavy traffic. It is quite frusfrating. Is there any solution short of buying some other router?

i activated my boost. the countdown remains always at 1 hours left but there is no boost speed. there is no option to request more boost as it registered as boosting already.

Got email saying upgraded to 500mbps, but only getting average of 70-90mbps upload/download.
Tried resetting modem and router (ASUS RT-AC68U), still no difference.
Any ideas?

could be your LAN port/cable.

if my cable is CAT5 , should get 100Mbps right?
but i only get 60Mbps

it is very hard to maintain 100% efficiency of the hardware all the time. So usually the maximum consistent speed you get is 80% of your LAN maximum capacity.
