I just got my TIME installed this morning, but don't know why can't online now. It was okay this morning, location: Saraka Apt. The LOS is red light blinking. Already called hotline, will get reply within 24 hours, he said. Anything else I can do...

No connection since yesterday 3:30pm..LOS red light blinking. location: saraka apartment. Thought today TIME can solve the problem but so far still no connection. Called them but they only resume work tomorrow and no guarantee can slove the problem by then..
