Damn, my friend told me he kena charged rm80 when technician come to fix problem at our house that day. Is it true we need to pay every time technician come to fix problem? doh.gif

Example there is free of 15meter  fibre cable from door of entry to the point of terminating the onu and router. If any extra meter cable incurred , it would cost RM10 per meter extra incurred.
