Sorry to hear that , there is certain protocol on extra charges may incurred if extra work to carry out. Of course the installer should explain and show the reasoning of charging before collecting the charges.

Example there is free of 15meter  fibre cable from door of entry to the point of terminating the onu and router. If any extra meter cable incurred , it would cost RM10 per meter extra incurred.
