Anyone know why this project got so many auction units? Location? the project got major defects? Compress loan? Or too many supplies?

Oversupply. Dont know how many blocks at this location. Block number from A until H or I maybe. Not sure.

At least this project doesn't look dense as compared to its total units. Common areas are huge.

Been promised by a big shopping mall in front roundabout..then also university will project good rental..

But didnt happen...

And the roundabout very jam

The jam is it due to many cars from SKVE enter to roundabout to enter Elite Highway?

I think the developer is building a bridge from skve to elite, bypass the roundabout, correct me if I’m wrong.

The lower unit got alot of pest issue.. like crocroaches infestment..

And the cat issue is also disturbing with the faeces here n there

Bumi lot low floor unit sold at reserve price 254k. Single bidder won unchallenged.
Non bumi lot H-07-07 sold at 295k. 3 bidders.

Very well Fully furnish rental price for 3 room around 1500 1600 max..
Blank unit rental maybe like 1200..

This bumi lot lelong catch price seems good. can cover installment.. but maintenance fee need sendiri pay..
