I got my car in Dec 2015. 4 weeks later i realized my front bonnet and rear boot cover have got paint defects. I highlighted the concern to my SA. She immediately arranged me to send my car back to Renault Service Center in Glenmarie for inspection. Upon confirming that it's under warranty, they arranged my car to be fixed by doing some paint work.
On 23rd Feb i send my car in....they provided me with a courtesy car meanwhile my car is left there for the paintwork. Today (27th Feb) i collected the car with excellent paintwork & great services. Kudos to the team for making sure everything runs smoothly. My SA was also involve in the follow up of the paintwork. 1st class service!! |
