Welcome to the club... You can discuss anything about Fluence here...

How do you find the car?

Which SA did you go to buy the car?
*
Frankly the car is abit big...as previously i was driving a Myvi. Petrol consumption still high....probably not run in yet.
Comfort is good. Handling is good.

I got it from Renault Setia Alam ...Suzen Koh. Good service i must say

yea 108888 for Expression... otr should be 113k.... other than led tail light, the leather seat, daytime running LED, red colour, and dual tone rim.... the rest totally the same....
*
I wanted to take Dynamic initially, then made the comparison realize that Expression model is more worth it. The Sales Advisor also told me the same.

Dynamic is RM10k more

below is the difference:
1) 2 tonne 17' rims
2) Leather Seat
3) Day Light Running (very small only...just 1 strip near the sports light)
4) LED rear light.

performance and all the rest of the functional is the same.

How much can you get for 3rd Party leather seats?

Is it AirBag compatible?
*

My SA already resigned from Renault... Hmmmm...

Actually, what is the process to get the pickup Service?

I called the SC and they say I need to get the SA for the pickup Service. Do I need to make appointment with SC separately or the SA will do that for me? Any advice?
*
There is a number to call Renault. They will advise you on your next step...probably get the workshop manager to pick it up.

I got my car in Dec 2015. 4 weeks later i realized my front bonnet and rear boot cover have got paint defects. I highlighted the concern to my SA. She immediately arranged me to send my car back to Renault Service Center in Glenmarie for inspection. Upon confirming that it's under warranty, they arranged my car to be fixed by doing some paint work.

On 23rd Feb i send my car in....they provided me with a courtesy car meanwhile my car is left there for the paintwork.
Today (27th Feb) i collected the car with excellent paintwork & great services.

Kudos to the team for making sure everything runs smoothly. My SA was also involve in the follow up of the paintwork. 1st class service!!
