Anyone updated to ios8.2 on the iphone 5? been pondering on whether should i update it or should i stall the upgrade...

Does anyone have unresponsive touchscreen problem after updating to ios 8.2? im stuck with this problem on my iphone 5 after updating to 8.2..downgrading back to 8.1.3 but the problem still persist...need help badly coz the phone is hopeless..need to lock and unlock each time to get the screen to work again...restored the phone a couple of times but the problem still is there
