Is anyone else having problems with their reminders not displaying in the notification center?

Anyone experiencing issues with 3rd-party keyboards on 8.3? I'm using SwiftKey and occasionally I need to restart Messages/WhatsApp because the keyboard won't slide open. There are also instances where the stock keyboard opens up instead of SwiftKey.
