Now using iOS 8.1.3 and so far, there is no big issue on battery life as it seems to have improved greatly, when doing "normal" stuff like listening to songs, keying in expenses or todo items, and setting appointments, to name a few. thumbup.gif

But when I play resource-consuming games like Asphalt 8, Bejeweled, Football Manager, and Asphalt Overdrive (the last one requires a constant Internet connection, whether via 3G or WiFi), this will easily drain the battery from, say 100% to around 70% within the hour! shocking.gif

err.. is that good or bad? sweat.gif

Bit of both really, as I have no issue when the battery lasts as long as it should (for normal use), but it gets really "ma fan" when battery drops quick and I don't have any charger nearby! laugh.gif

Wow, seems like iOS 8.2 has so many bugs and issues reported here. Looks like I'll just do what I did earlier, i.e. hold back until some updates are made available from Apple! sad.gif

I've been on 8.2 since it was made official. Not experienced any bugs.... yet  biggrin.gif

You must be one of the lucky ones, because some others have seen problems with battery life, Game Center not being able to connect, etc! rclxms.gif

You trying to be a comedian or what? Android has a lot of strengths, but battery life isn't one of them. The number of times I've had some application go lintang-pukang in the background and suck the battery dry (even after swiping it away in the multitasker) was just insane.

That was precisely why I dropped my Samsung Galaxy S Advance for an iPhone 5, back in March 2014. The Samsung phone's battery drained very fast, considering I only used it for phone calls, texting, a bit of WhatsApp, and photo taking. ohmy.gif

Contrast that with both my iPhone 5 and 6, which also goes down fast but with double the usage (including gaming, Internet access, and Waze)! thumbup.gif
