Noticed the same thing after upgrading my mum's iPhone 5 (my old phone) earlier today. Strangely, only Settings > General > Usage shows iCloud Total Storage at 1.0 GB. If I tap on Manage Storage the little bar at the bottom still says "4.6 GB available if 5.0 GB on iCloud.
It's not subject to phone model, but there are differences in what's displayed depending on your carrier. For example, some carriers will display 4G instead of LTE, and some carriers will even give you both (like AT&T in the U.S., because their 4G is actually only 3.5G). On my Singapore telco, I don't even get the 2G option.
because i think all singaporean telcos have island-wide LTE. only <10% of the time fall back to 3G. afaik they shut down their 2g network already thats why no 2g option. i may be wrong though. It's not subject to phone model, but there are differences in what's displayed depending on your carrier.
