The MCMC Slides for Planet Digital does have some insight on some of the channels to be included but probably that is just in planning. Take a look at page 13 of the slide. Seems like Nickelodeon and National Geographic will be in there somewhere, and even Discovery, CNN & Bloomberg is shown there. Hopefully the change is for the better.
