what are your experiences at beauty parlours?

well, i have been offered some hard sales before and i never gave in. my family is quite spoken so whichever parlour gives poor service, we complain to the extent of asking for refund. so they don't really dare to reckon with us....
if u mentioned midvalley, maybe there are two i can identify even though u disclose. it's at the boulevard area? |
