Steam Help me with Steam games folders., Reformatted & Reinstall Steam

Hey guys, dont know whether is the right place to ask from help here,
but my problem is i just reformat my pc n install the steam client. But then i got back up my whole old steam folder, Where can i find the games inside the folder? I dont wanna re-download all the games, just need to copy and paste to my new folder. Imagine just to download team fortress 2 (around 10GB ++)  Take forever to download, so please any brother could help me? thanks in advance!  |

1. Close steam
2. Copy and paste the SteamApps folder from your old steam folder into the new one 3. Start steam 4. ?? |

steam > settings > downloads > steam library folders > add (locate your old folder)
