Wow! To be honest I'm not sure if I'm gonna be ok knowing that right after I get Mi3, Mi4 is making its way here. I'm thankful for this thread because you guys make me feel so much secured making a decision to buy this phone, so far reviews have been very positive... I probably won't consider turning to the mainstream brands BUT Mi4, can you come like slightly later??? I haven't received my Mi3 yettttt... Haha!
*
don't worry it will take a while for Mi4 to come to Malaysia i think.. @_@

4gb ram is overkill =.=
please make it got 4g lte support >.<
*
nothing is overkill nowadays. biggrin.gif the more the merrier. I think 4G LTE will be standard on next xiao mi flagship. If the rumour specs at that link is true, especially the 5.5" screen, I will seriously consider leaving the Note series and get a 128GB mi4. thumbup.gif

May be you doesn't need to worry so much, I think Mi4 is having a tough position. If it realised SnapDragon with only LTE, I think generally in Malaysia you can still use Mi3 with no difference as LTE coverage is low and not really faster than HSPDA a lot, I doesn't meant the number but I meant the user experiences. And they seems like just design at this stage and yet to have final product design, so according to XiaoMi strategy, it is most likely Sep or Oct. Furthermore I don't think is Mi4, most probably Mi3S for similar spec reason.

Some Mi's accessories arrived.
The most recommended Bluetooth speaker is really value for money. Solid clear sound. Not for bass lover, it is really for Clear Music lover to enjoy the music.

If it is still using SnapDragon 800, most likely with 4G features, with 4GB ram, output power must be huge, so Mi4 need a big battery storage to support this? Then I think 5mm thickness will not be possible because of the battery size today are not able to slim down if it is more than 3100upm.
*
RAZR maxx 3200mAh battery itself only measures 3mm thick. That's 3 years ago technology.

That is 6mm included the round shape, you can try measure with ruler. And also this is in the condition you do not need NFC body to charge.

Hello guys, for Mi3 without an external SD storage be handicap to daily use of the phone?
Storage of photo and movie/video files will be greatly reduced, isn't it?

I am currently a Galaxy S2 user, with 16gb internal storage and 16gb external SD.

It really depends on the user. How are you doing with your current setup? Full or not?

Greatly limited i suppose. 16GB wont be enough for those who like to keep a lot of movies and songs i guess. Only workaround is the use of USB OTG and copy or keep your files on a thumbdrive.

Maybe any nexus / ex-nexus / iphone 16GB owners can comment on this?

At the moment, I have left internal storage 233MB and external SD at 913MB.
A big part of the apps are moved to SD card, saving space in internal storage. Can't imagine how to manage it if i cannot move some apps to SD.

Yeah you're right about it. LTE is not stable even in Klang Valley. Oh well, I'm just gonna make good use of Mi3 because I'm really really sick of my HTC One and the after sales service. Terrible choice in the beginning.

My opinion for storing MUSIC is to use Spotify, the premium version allows you to save music for offline usage and you can set the download at 128kbps and they sound good.
