If it is still using SnapDragon 800, most likely with 4G features, with 4GB ram, output power must be huge, so Mi4 need a big battery storage to support this? Then I think 5mm thickness will not be possible because of the battery size today are not able to slim down if it is more than 3100upm.

RAZR maxx 3200mAh battery itself only measures 3mm thick. That's 3 years ago technology.

The SanDisk one looks much better & more practical, of course it costs a bit more.

Bought this today for rm50. SanDisk costs rm1 less but almost double the thickness.

I was on Dev ROM 4.4 and wanted to downgrade to MY Stable ROM 4.3
So i installed CWM. Been able to downgrade succesfully.
I did not do any other things in CWM apart from dwngrading to the MY ROM.

Last friday, my phone suddenly freezed/hang when i attempted to open Gallery>Local Image.
Then i force reboot it (press+hold power button) and it stucked during boot up.
From that state, i can go into CWM (power button + Vol up) and Fastboot (Power Button + Vol Down) succesfully.

In CWM, it keep prompt me with an error as below
E: TrueDualBoot : failed mounting data

I cant do anything from CWM. Everything will just failed including formatting data and DISABLE tdb.
I tried to use FAstboot and MiFash to flash a rom. it fails. it says cannot load the rom directiory.
*
is TDB enabled?

If you want to save more battery, get app that could turn off & on data/wifi periodically. This way the data connection will not be up all the time.

miui is actually helping android, making android a less steep learning curve for those coming from ios thus making a move to android just a bit more desirable. at least thats what I think.

Pls stop spamming whether you got your pb or not today...this is xiaomi marketing gimmick...RM36? Chinese saying "you kam tai chek kap na chui kai *** wor" (translation: in this world, there's no free lunch)

5000 units just in 1 mins? can you believe this? i doubt it....

Nevertheless, back to topic...sorry i might not be active to reply here as my desktop finally broke down...using iPad is not so convenient...my apology notworthy.gif

Time to shop for a desktop instead...haha tongue.gif

I will verify this at home.

Actually, I used BatteryCurrentWidget and found that stock Mi3 charger only going at 0.8A and Note2 charger only at 1.2A, while Xiaomi PB also at 1.2A
*
Like I previously stated, mi3 can only pull 1.2A maximum, just like S4.

Try this. Go to settings - apps. Open contact storage then clear data. Make sure your contacts are in Google so that you can retrieve them back if the one in phone got erased.

even powerbank got cases nowadays sweat.gif

btw, if you happen to have trouble pressing back button while using the phone single handed, i recommend installing Back Button app. it creates a virtual navigation buttons that you could place it anywhere on the screen. I just put the back and home button for now. now it is less risky for me to drop the phone when trying to press the back button tongue.gif
