How is the battery life of this XiaoMi Mi3? I heard reviews said it's very bad.

So, can I know how long can it last? Like hours of on-screen time with 3G and also off-screen time with 3G. Or maybe some other combinations.
*
not sure... for me it last until 10 - 11 pm... still 15%.... btw im on dev rom....

3g all day... never off data... FB... Whatapp all day... emails... call about 30 - 40 min.... some time tethering ....
games (Fifa14) about 40 - 60 min....

That's consider very decent...

Is XiaoMi Mi3 from DirectD(let say it's a Taiwan or SG set) different from XiaoMi Mi3 Malaysia Official Set? Assume it's the 16GB model and with Snapdragon 800.

I mean, can it run the same ROM as Malaysia set? Or maybe some other Dev ROMS?
*
there is abit different on setting based on MY or SG or Taiwan or HK... but i not sure what is the differnet... some says if using MY Rom battery abit drain compared to SG rom...

i not sure coz only used MY rom for only few hours before flash to Dev rom...

based system for MIUI is still same but only flavored to country / region only... and with Dev rom u will get root access... not needed to flash root file...

I leave it overnight without charging, the battery remain 5% below than yesterday, which meant not draining so much on the battery, but I encountered if frequently used, it spent battery quite fast, around 5pm everyday my power bank has to come already.

2 things:
1. I used Default ROM
2. Power bank charge faster than Adapter(Really surprise)
*
is u using Mi PBank... if im not mistaken Mi PB is 2A... Mi3 charger is 1A only...

not sure max input for Mi3 either 1.2 / 1.4A.... forgot where i read it... it might be the case that using MiPB charging faster than adapter...

checkmate what?  rclxub.gif

Xiaomi already inform and acknowledge it is Snapdragon 800 - 8274AB

why you still discussing it and insist is it 801 because of v3??

Do the CPU-Z accurate or Xiaomi official announcement accurate?

A lot already upgrade it and if you still in 4.5.30, I recommend you upgrade it because charging are faster in 4.6.6 biggrin.gif
