Hi all, as this is my first house purchase pls pardon me for a newbie question.

Regarding the booking fees of RM5k that was paid, I was informed by the SA that it will only be refunded (or used as maintenance) after the project is completed. Is this the standard practice? There's actually no written B/W on this?

Hope other buyers can clarify on this. Thanks in advance

Nothing much to be worried.... It is too early to concern for it since the project is still under construction... No one will know until they start executing their duty... If you are worried this, no matter which new project you purchase, there is a risk as well... In order to minimize it, I think all landlords must be linked together so that we can speak louder and give the management office more pressure..
