Passby Ascotte today, it seems like block B already started building the first floor structure.. Ground floor should be completed... Heard the first billing will be in on April (SPA signed on early Dec 14)... Progress fairly fast... SKL still say want claim LAD woh, inside info from crane operator somemore.. Ascotte and parklands2@rinching would surely revive the abandon shophouses and bring a better look to that area.... both sitting on quite strategic location.. easy access to highway. further inside is all industrial zone with new industrial factory being builts, semenyih one and semenyih prime if im not mistaken and a school SMK Bandar rinching. looks promising...  but the high rise owners sure got beautiful view towards the broga's, ... and really beautiful hills....thts wat I like in semenyih, the hills... Yesterday went to PJ/Bangsar to settle something, back around 530pm, reach Seputeh ktm station then remember want to capture the time. Depart from Seputeh KTM at 5:47 pm Reach Semenyih Lekas exit at 6:29 pm.. Time taken around 1 hour from PJ/Bangsar, if from Seputeh KTM is 42 minutes... It's Friday evening, I think is reasonable..
