ratchada isnt that big, but quite a lot of clothing and food stalls.

I prefer hatyai mango
my first night market is ratchada train market.
go try the big bowl noodles there.super big bowl and nice

My plan today want go to Chinatown but end up stay at Central World. From Pratunam Market we sit taxi quoted us Thb100 to Chinatown. Then on the way, he said Chinatown today close and blah blah very jam, he will take us to a reastaurant only Thb40 and he really drive us there. The restaurant name in Thai words. Is Somboondeeee after Google up. We said we ate here before and nvm just drop us at Central World. He just drop us at Shibuya and walk to Central World. From outside Gateway to Shibuya Thb50.

After You - honey shibuya toast is fricking good but exp. (170 baht)
coconut ice cream @ chatuchak - normally cost 30 baht for one cup with a free coconut drink. Add barley as toppings, heavenly.
Kaiton Pratunam - same row as Platinum Mall, the oil used in the rice makes this different from the rest of the pack
grilled pork at any street - cost around 10 baht usually and taste very good

Som Tam Nua @ Siam Square - overpriced and nothing special.
Sukhumvit Soi 38 - touristy place, prices for food above average and nothing really special. Hawkers there can speak english tho, rather try normal street food at other sois around that area. (tip: dont even bother to try the pork rice)
Number One Brand thai tea - teh tarik is def better

Asiatique food court - Pad thai is rubbish and expensive, rest of the food court too.

their pad thai I find it average, the street food stalls outside asiatique serves better pad thai tbh.
actually pad thai is some weird stuff, it shares some similarities to char kuey teow but surprisingly every cook can fry up a plate that taste miles apart from each other.

mango sticky rice is fine, dont ever touch the durian rice tho

not only that area. all tourist area are immediate threat now. best to avoid bangkok for a couple of months the very least.
