If u filthy rich or too much money buy for invest or own stay oklah at semnenyih kajang, for newbies wit limited holding power, its really a big riak...today 6pm drove frum kajang to puchong using highway, and oposit side jam like hell...for somebody working at kl or pj its a definite no no...i know few " investors" stuck with unsold poperties, inc Nadayu Kajang, Msuites etc

Me Work near sogo kl, everyday go back ioi area approx one hour to reach damansala toll super jam at the toll getting worse, than frum damansara to sunway pucong toll using ldp or nkve subang airpot road anoter one hour if after rain or bad day, nw imagine reached pucong still have to go kajang semenyih, the stress level crazy
