I prefer the project will delivery as what being projected and design. Hopefully down the road, EM will be a success rather than all the starting activities. But having both will be the best.

Very true also. I would love a session to sit down and get to know future neighbours! Need to get some feedback to developer. Maybe they will arrange it once their official EMSO is ready at EM site?

The sessions can be in any sorts. May not be a proper formal sit down type. After attending several, I think generally many feel paiseh to introduce themselves and to make friends with others...

Stranger 1 - I realy hope and wish they can provide a small shower screen to prevent water spillage onto the toilet roll. That is very incovenient. Do you know what type of turfing they are providing?
Xavi - Actually I am not too sure. I was hoping for good quality Taiwanese grass.....
Stranger 1 - Perhaps we can suggest to them on this specification. Please dont give us those mediocre cow grass....

In order not to miss buying a property, need to go camp and queue earlier. Then can slowly drive.

I think those units facing that row will have very nice view...Will feel so nice as able to listen to water features sound from the roundabout. .Attached Image

Yes, Teng Kor. From the booklet. I upload another photo to show the entrance into Cradleton. After the entrance then will be the roundabout. You can see 'Cradleton Blue Logo' in the middle pillar. Look impressive. Hope EW will be able to deliver as what being drawn..
