for those Cradleton buyers and for own stay, since the ceiling heights for ground floor and first floor is about 10sf each, how do you plan for plaster ceiling?

I can share what are the activities in EcoSky....

1. Spa signing with average to good food
2. Joey Yap talk on separate day
3. CNY reunion dinner with good performance. FOod was soso and kelam Kabut a bit.LZ435936994US fireworks show was great.
4. We have photo shooting at show unit and also to apply debit card. THEY gave 4R photo on the spot.and email you soft copies . Several shots.
5. Two weeks later, we went to collect the card and also 18R photo with frame.....

Now pretty quiet......

I share the same sentiment. Execution of the masterplan and deliverable in top notch finishing are upmost paramount to purchasers.

But I wont cowpeh if there are some engaging acitivities. It gives opportunities to buyers share concerns, tips, comments, cowpeh, etc with the developers. And some say buyers will to know buyers too....like Knowing your neighbor session.

How you bought any project that after signing SPA, the next time is only VP date?

EMSO will remain there for one year plus at least to facilitate convenience of purchasers.

EMSG will open probably end Q3 thereabouts when one can see the real McCoy.

The sessions can be in any sorts. May not be a proper formal sit down type. After attending several, I think generally many feel paiseh to introduce themselves and to make friends with others...

I think we should all be more open....

Hi all. I booked a unit today.. 22x75. Huhu

I dont really understand what's wrong with the units located at main road near roundabout. If buyers have concern on the traffic, the same row that facing exact north also will experience the same traffic but they sold out. This is a low density development. traffic would not be a major concern.

The only difference on the units near roundabout is they are not facing direct north /south. Probably the sunlight will kena the balcony lor. Wont kena directly to the room or living hall.

Still considering a unit at that row.
