As my past experience and knowledge with Fedex,currently in China,Fedex is running a regional hub in Guangzhou Baiyun International airport. Thus, goods collected from nearby cities will be gathered in that hub and then only send to the destination. The hub operates flights to Kuala Lumper/Penang on daily basis from Monday to Saturday.

Fedex sunday got do delivery?

I think that in terms of Mi3 & PB delivery chat, it is because Xiaomi is the only company that uses this system of limited stocks and delivery from China.
