He simply means the turnover is high due to the nature of the job. PFC's (or most front end consumer facing jobs) are usually open to new graduates, thus the high turnover could be due to the stress that comes with the job that you have never really faced before in uni time or the fact that many of them resigned because it is not their calling.

If u r a fresh grad...tough luck...many of my colleague from customer service that change department to fe, personal banker...resign within months....cannot hit target....unless u r in sales line past couple of years n u have good networking between bankers....if not very tough to survive....I'm a 6 years MBB sales banker here...
