any recommendation for 4k monitor budget around 3k ? Please not Dell even with today epp price still too much for me hahaha

What I had in mind that I know available in malaysia
1. Xiaomi mitv 2 (yeah its a TV but dunno what refresh rate is this just going to use as secondary monitor not gonna be an issue to use for reading as I already have u2913wm)
2. Samsung U28D590D
3. Asus PB287Q

Just wish acer would released their 4k monitor in malaysia
especialy that IPS 4k monitor B326HK

Gotta say with broken Windows 11 HDR turned on it does look underwhelming . But in games like EAFC , Forza ,Elden Ring , Hell Divers 2 , HFW , Spiderman it does looks stunning .


Was contemplating between AW3225QF , AW2725DF , Samsung S90c and upcoming ACER PREDATOR X27U OLED but Lazada 6/6 deal was too good to skip


Pros
-Flat screen ( I hate curve monitor)
-SDR looks punchy
-Easy on they eye , less eye strain
-HDR was better compared to my old LG C9
-Text clarity wasn't that bad as what people claiming
-DP port 2.1
-KVM switch
-Wow motion is so smooth , felt like in cheat mode when doing headshots in CS 2 , Fortnite and COD
-Can't seem to replicate that purple tint what youtube reviewers are pointing out

Cons
-With HDR enabled it does look dull on Windows (maybe I'm used to oversaturated colors)
-DP port 2.1 cable damn short
-34" might be nice
-Not a fan of the monitor V shape stand

Now if anyone have the ICC profile for this monitor that would be great if you can share with me . Might be selling my IPS 240hz VG27U

Yes , bought it during 6/6 for 5.2k.

If waited a bit it went low as 5k.

Not really , kinda dark room with curtains closed .

Lights are off as well . Anyway made some adjustment following the guide

Seems to be looking slightly better now . But comparing it with LG OLED tv ... well gotta say TV looks kinda better
Huhuh having buyers remorse not getting another OLED S90c and mod it to increase peak brightness

You can also check out Samsung G8 (G80sd) lol so many same name but different year release .

-Tizen OS can become a smart tv
-Flat screen
-Got discount trade old monitor
-Saw offer with free keychron keyboard somewhere in FB via suncycle
-I like the stand

Cons
-Matte finish screen
-Kinda expensive


I wish we have a pc shop that offers QD oled , Woled monitor display unit side by side just like tv shop
Have to rely on review or friends that own the monitor .
