is there any ips 144ghz monitor out there?

Hey wanna ask something about dell monitors. Ultrasharp monitors are more rich in colors right. My questions are :

- Does P2314H monitor color output same like other ultrasharp monitors?
- Saw some topics in garage sales put "free calibration service". What does it means? I thought after buying the monitor can straight away plug and play..

how about the calibration thingy? we need to calibrate it for 1st time use?

And please recommend me the best 16:9 ips monitor within rm800 budget.. is U2414H the best within the budget?

btw, in asus website got so much ips monitors but when i wanna google the price, there is none? is it because most of them not yet in malaysia??
