Which one would you guys suggest? Use a tv as pc monitor or use monitor as tv via tv tuner? Any downside of using tv as pc monitor?

Good morning, is it possible to get a slim bezel 1920x1080p monitor in >30 inch size?
Not looking for anything in higher resolution due to graphic card limitation. |
