Im new here and was wondering if any of you had any idea of the introduction of new monitor technologies to be expected in 2015, like GSYNC or etc. would it be worth the wait?

Looking to buy a new monitor asap, and still couldn't really make up my mind which to get. Im more into gaming so I am prioritizing fast response over picture quality.
Currently these two brand are which caught my interests the most, DELL and BenQ, any other recommendation is greatly appreciated!

BenQ: XL2420Z, dem 144Hz and 1ms response!
I'd like to ask if the BenQ XL2420Z series in Malaysia is running v1 firmware or it's all updated to v2 already? I'm very keen on getting this monitor, but I heard there's a bug with the v1 firmware. Also will benq bring in XL2430T into Malaysia anytime soon?

DELL: 2x U2414H, also have some minor issue with NVIDIA card. (Currently using GTX770)
