How do I check if the monitor support HDR10? For regular gamer, does HDR matters?

Looking for my first high refresh rate monitor, to pair with my GTX3070.

- 1440p if budget allows
- 24" - 27"
- <RM1200
- at least 120Hz
- Any brand

Please recommend me a 24" monitor with at least 120Hz and, better it supports G-sync.
Budget <RM1000.
