is this call blame???? i feel it jsut voice out my opinion. if our country continuing like this and those daily product price is increasing and salary is unchange.....do u think we got a peace and no crime country???? u know why our country got so many snatch thief and robber??? this also related of the salary..... u see, a person with good income they wont go to rob because they are well paid and can hedge the inflation. if u dont have enough money to spend, what the first thinking do u will come out in ur mind?? borrow?? rob??? or work more??? borrow is ok, loan shark is everywhere also nowaday.robber is the easiest n fastest way.it like do or die only. once u success, u get the money, u dont u die. like bet on big or small....work more??? i dont think it work because ur income is fixed every month. work more for comapny jsut benefit those employer...not urself
money dont come easy.rich people dont become rich in one day.they gone thru hard life.yet they dont blame the government.they blame themselve not working hard enough, not trying hard.if people request higher salary, employer might hired cheaper foreign labour to work for them.if this become worse,a chaos will happen.local people are jobless, they demand work even though the paid is low.local people will target foreigner to blame not the employer.riot happen.economy downturn.foreign investor leave.leaving thousands of people jobless.
as you can see in the lets talk salary thread.people are jumping around and the salary is not fixed.people are trying to maximize their exposure.employer are aware of how much his employee is worth.if you are fresh grad or just work 1 or 2 years and start whinning, think about it again.
still, put yourselve into the employer point of view.if you are the employer with hundreds of employee under you.increased one employee salary will result in more employee request the same salary increment and its not just 100 or 200 increase that we are talking about.yet the business and employee doesnt perform as they required.
