1st before color adjustment...
shoot wide open on a prime..
50mm, 85mm and above... to get shallow DOF
else no matter how u change the color, it will not become dreamy...

Paint back the sharp focus area with soft brush. Tweak opacity value for final blending of soft focus area.

yup.. this one almost nail it...
but if u add 1 more yellow-brown layer at 25-50 opacity, can add the vintage fell
